We are an experienced and dedicated team of professionals from the private healthcare industry striving with an efficient & professional secretarial & billing service, so Consultants can run a stress-free practice. We are GDPR complaint and ICO registered.
Our services cover everything from a one point of contact for patients & hospitals, clinic & theatre management and processing invoices to patients & insurers via Healthcode and credit control. We aim to have clinic letters transcribed in 24 hours and sent out to patients/GP’s/Referrers/Physio’s in a timely manner. Our services enable the consultant to be free from staff management and the stress of covering sickness and annual leave.
